The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, which are exactly what you'd expect from this chain. The bathroom was beautiful and I appreciated the squeeze-out soap. The location of the hotel was also really convenient, as it was right opposite a tube station, making it easy to travel into central London.
The room itself was quite dark with poor lighting and no natural light or view. It could definitely use some redecoration.

The hotel is also conveniently situated near the underground Colliers Wood station, making transportation convenient for guests.
One negative aspect is that some guests had issues with the reception staff, experiencing inefficiency during check-in and check-out.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy double bed. I appreciated the excellent shower, it was refreshing and invigorating. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Colliures Wood tube station. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores like Co-op and Mace. The reception staff was efficient and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a great area for shopping, right beside the tube station. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with the added bonus of a sofa bed for families. The staff provide excellent service and attention to detail. The breakfast included in the stay is a nice touch, with a variety of options available.
