The hotel hadnice and neat rooms, which are exactly what you'd expect from this chain. The bathroom was beautiful and I appreciated the squeeze-out soap. The location of the hotel was also really convenient, as it was right opposite a tube station, making it easy to travel into central London.

The limited and expensive parking options at the hotel, especially for those with larger vehicles. The room itself was quite dark with poor lighting and no natural light or view.
