The hotel hadnice and neat rooms, which are exactly what you'd expect from this chain. The bathroom was beautiful and I appreciated the squeeze-out soap. The location of the hotel was also really convenient, as it was right opposite a tube station, making it easy to travel into central London.
The limited and expensive parking options at the hotel, especially for those with larger vehicles. The room itself was quite dark with poor lighting and no natural light or view.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to a tube station. Guests can easily access the city's popular tourist spots and explore the city without any hassle. The breakfast area is well-maintained, with staff promptly clearing up the tables. there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, which provide guests with various dining options. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the underground Colliers Wood station, making transportation convenient for guests.
One negative aspect is that some guests had issues with the reception staff, experiencing inefficiency during check-in and check-out.

The room wasnice and neat, with a cozy double bed. I appreciated the excellent shower, it was refreshing and invigorating. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Colliures Wood tube station. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores like Co-op and Mace. The reception staff was efficient and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a great area for shopping, right beside the tube station. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with the added bonus of a sofa bed for families. The staff provide excellent service and attention to detail. The breakfast included in the stay is a nice touch, with a variety of options available.
No major issues were encountered during the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the Colliers Wood underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, with thorough cleaning done every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was of high quality. Transportation options were excellent, with the tube station just a stone's throw away and easy access to the southwest tube station.
